The sweet taste is distinctly unique, and adds a new variety of flavour and taste to the gastronomic palette.An added benefit with introducing pots is a vastly improved environmental impact -by desimating fuel consumption in performing the fishery; fuel vs. catch ratio is a small fraction of this ratio by trawling, -by not distorting the seabed as conventional trawling unevitably do, and -by sorting out only the largest shrimps, on the seabed, ensuring that we leave a sound and solid population for a balanced and sustainable fishery.Our first shipment of live shrimps went from Porsanger fjord in Finnmark - to Noma, Copenhagen in October 2016. Live shrimps will be commercially available from late autumn 2018This is only the beginning.
