    UXCam is a startup which has established itself as one of the leaders in UX analytics. The major feature includes session replay, user analysis, and screen UX analysis.● Led SDK Development from MVP to the latest version in an agile (SCRUM) environment● Hacked solution to intricate tasks using Java reflection accessing unofficial APIs● Implemented complex video encoding technique based on JCodec, MediaCodec, and Mediacodec with OpenGL which lets UXCam support all the devices above Android 4.4, unlike competitors.● Achieved Fail-safe SDK with less than 0.3% crash.● Effective use of Proguard and engineering decisions led to SDK size 30% less than competitors.● Rewritten SDK version 3.0.0 that includes major changes like extracting different independentmodules to reduce coupling, cleaner code, planned implementation with documentation, videorecording improvements, offline recording, Gradle build script improvements, and several bug fixes.● Documented specifications with supporting UML diagram on Confluence.● Created an Android library which provides UI to update SDK configurations, view internal data and logs to facilitate debugging.● Created UI test Java project with 150+ UI test case that runs parallel on local device farm.● Configured Gradle script for creating different SDK variants and Gradle task for maven deployment, sharing debug version with QA and backing up release artefacts.
