    Interact is the youth branch of the humanitarian organization, Rotary International that follows the motto "Service Above Self". ➡️ Introduced an American Sign Language learning program in hopes to mitigate ignorance and foster communication with the deaf/hard-of-hearing community for 3 years➡️ Led/partook in organizing 30+ community service projects (food/clothing drives, fundraisers, awareness events, etc.)➡️ As President of the club during the pandemic, created a virtual structure to continue making an impact online. Became the most active Interact Clubs in our Rotary District and grew an online community to 100+ students that come together every week to make a difference in our local and global community.

    Sparkin' STEM was founded three years ago. It is the first organization in the GTA to focus on providing free and innovative STEM opportunities to middle school students.⭐2020⭐Managed a team of ~30 individuals to organize accessible and innovative STEM-learning opportunities for middle school students virtually impacting over 150 students. Some initiatives include weekly trivia games, monthly newsletters, weekly workshops, video experiment tutorials, etc. Kickstarted a contract initiative with the French School Board to develop a STEM program for their middle school students⭐2019⭐Managed a team of ~20 individuals to organize a STEM conference for middle school students (held on November 16, 2019 with over 100 delegates and 50 volunteers at the Brampton City Hall). Obtained $3500 in sponsorships (sponsors: IBM, GM, Algoma University) by directly working with various industry professionals. Taught new executives administrative skills of marketing and finding sponsors (over 600 followers across the board in under one year). Edited promotional media (e.g. recap video).⭐2018⭐Organized the first conference in under 3 months for 70+ students through the logistics, contacting community members, finding innovative ways to market the event and leading various activities on the day-of.
