    Bilquis joined the company and created the partnership with Ferdinand Holm after working in the industry for 12 years. During that time she has worked for KrugerRoos architects, ACG architects and development planners and Keith Africa Design.She is the new black empowered partner of Palekar & Holm Architects. Bilquis has a passion for developing a continued understanding of good design and building technology.She has worked on large scale projects like the Big Bay Beach Estate in Cape Town and as well as small upmarket homes in the Waterkant area of CapeTown.She has a unique ability to connect with people and interpret their dreams and ambitions through the design brief that is presented to her.Her experience in the architecture industry has taken her from strength to strength. Her positive attitude and flexibility has allowed her to work well within the team while facing the challenges of each project.Bilquis has an appreciation of good design and believes that it can be achieved early on in the project through the understanding of the brief, the clients taste and the budget. 1.
