    As President of White Space Advisors, I specialize in representing and advocating the interests of commercial office tenants in every aspect of the commercial lease process. My services begin with an extensive discovery process where I work with my clients to determine their needs and Identify their objectives. From there a comprehensive market study is performed identifying all locations that meet the pre-determined criterion. Thereafter detailed negotiations of the terms are undertaken ultimately resulting in a lease for the desired premises.
