Led all operational and promotional aspects of a complete renovation and re-branding in 2015, including the addition of two full-service food-and-beverage outlets. Worked with asset managers and development team on all changes pertaining to the renovation and brand conversion including selection and implementation of a new PMS system, CRS interface and Revenue Management service. Partnered with our publicity firm, marketing team and e-commerce consultant to develop our opening and ongoing publicity and promotion plan, marketing plan, social media initiatives and SEO/PPC strategies.Achieved Trip Advisor scores of 4½ circles and achieved overall Revinate scores placing Graduate Madison Hotel in top 20% of comp set. Achieved Yelp scores of 4½ stars for both The Madison Blind, the hotel’s full-service dining experience, and Portage Pi, the hotel’s café.
