Having come to the realization that if it's not sold in a store or if it's not sold on Ebay or Amazon, then you need a sales lead to sell it, I started LeadProducers. I was in at the very start of the mortgage refi boom in 2001 and rode that wave until early 2008. We played a big role in a really big pond. At that time only a few guys were generating the leads and I knew them all.I made the those pioneering connections and partnerships that are so critical to me now.

My company gave the name SPOKESGUIDE to the flash video walkouts on webpages. We shot actors against green screens and they would show up on web pages outside of the video box.We hired the actors, wrote the scripts, produced, directed and shot the scenes for scores of American businesses to make their websites come alive with a WebPage Video Guide who was their Company SpokesPerson and a guide to the viewers or SpokesGuide!

* Lead the raise of 6.5 million dollars by bringing in the Seattle billionaire Keith McCaw.* Conceived and produced a online directory of Mortgage, Real Estate and Financial service providers that was an early version of LinkedIn. Members could create a business profile of themselves, including picture, and exchange referral leads with other service providers they endorsed creating business flow between members.* Created an early Twitter that I called: Project XYZ. Partnered with MessageBlaster.com and hired the programmers to build a working version of what is so popular today. Members contact data stayed real-time correct and they built lists to send email, voice, and text-to-speech messages. Recipients and senders could change/delete devices and blast their messages via the web.* Created an early LinkedIn that I called: BizColony. You can the early sketch of how a page would come together below:

Co-founded company that was formed to host sales organizations whose members were able to create web pages and communicate through branded email accounts linked to the corporate master site. More than 4,000 salespeople created their own unique websites and email accounts. FIRST Technologies wrote the code and private branded the package for use by large sales teams. This proprietary software operating "in the cloud" was demonstrated to an enthusiastic Steve Ballmer at Microsoft and may have inspired certain very popular web tools you use every day. This technology, created, over 17 years ago, had the same core features as AOL, GeoCities, theglobe.com and other early virtual communities. The evolution of this technology became: Facebook. Our user generated sites were extremely advanced at the time -- they were web-based Intranets that could duplicate themselves. Members sent/received internal/external branded e-mail; used private imbedded chat rooms and message boards; and could track new members in real time. These interactions, tracking and control were based entirely within networks that we created and hosted. I am the only person I know of that can say they had created and deployed early versions of:FACEBOOK: 1995TWITTER: 1998LINKEDIN: 1999

In early 1992 we launched the American pre-paid phone card industry forcing long distance to soon be almost free. I developed and created the original brochures, affiliate websites, predictive dialers, and email/fax/voice broadcasts to grow a huge sales force that I kept connected via a very early web.Started at the very beginning with company that invented the industry: AmeriVox.Our early deployment of the prepaid phone card caused the rapid decrease in long distance rates from 1992 to 1996.My 8,000 member sales team sold millions of phone cards and changed communication forever. We were the real deregulating force that made long distance calls cheap and now almost free. A true disruption technology spread first by the people to the people. The German Supreme Court requested my presence to testify as an expert witness in 2012 to settle a huge patent dispute over who started the phone card and we won. We broke the patent claim of telecom giant IDT. The victory in this precedent setting case allows anyone to produce and sell any brand of phone card they want throughout the entire European Union.
