Bill began his working career as a mechanical engineer with IBM, transitioned into management, retired from the company, and then worked for Exabyte and a couple other high tech companies before transitioning to real estate.     Bill is a Real Estate Broker who specializes in investment properties that require some level of renovation. Renovation Property Investments was the company name that we used while we were renovating properties on our own. We also worked with other investors during this phase by helping them locate and analyze properties, and then writing the purchase offers and following through to closing.Over the years, Bill enjoyed house construction projects and has remodeled eight properties to various degrees. His long-term dream was to completely remodel a home from top to bottom and the opportunity presented itself in the form of a foreclosed property that had experienced a fire. The structural damage was minor, but the entire interior needed to be stripped to the studs and reconstructed due to extensive smoke and water damage. The reconstruction was enjoyable and went well. The results were very, very satisfying, and also profitable!With the help of his wife, Roberta, they also flipped (purchased, remodeled, and sold) a townhouse in Thornton which was also very rewarding and satisfying.
