For almost 30 years we have been susscessful (world wide) in Strategic Consulting, and strategic development..including business plans & sales strategy development. We help companies become profitable..not just make money. We do this by taking a holistic view of the company i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Leadership/ Management, Process Managemen,H.R. and Company Policies-Procedures. Making money is not the only way to be profitable. I work with firms to help them become profitable. I'm a problem solver, initiator of new ideas and processes within the context of the firms I work with. I have worked with Manufacturing, service, non-profit and education institutions around the world. I have been contracted by the Iraq Oil Ministry, Private business, NGO's and the U.S. State Department. I am not a trainer in the traditional thinking. Although we teach and educate the firms we work with, we do much more than that. We walk along beside them i.e. teach, analyze, coach, encourage to help them become successful however they may define success. I am a business coach.. We do not build dependence on us, rather we leave behind new tools, techniques which is client specific for their on going growth.
