    My duties included direct supervision of all aspects pertaining to major crime investigations. This pertained to all crimes within the jurisdiction of the City of Elmira.. One of my other main responsibilities included the initiation and coordination of mutual jurisdictional investigations. I have worked in conjunction with law enforcement agencies such as the FBI and DEA, to name just a few. I also worked very closely with the New York State Police and Chemung County Sheriff's Dept. Criminal Investigations Divisions.
