Also sourced Functional experts for the Technology team. • Discovered new methodologies of training (gamification and simulations). Tested the simulations based training platform • Other projects included revamping the Assessment Centre for TP. Behavioral tests, Online In-box exercises, Video recruitment, Critical Reasoning Assessment & SJT tests were identified with 14 international vendors. The project was later parked for 2019.• Executed the most successful L&D program with 28 sessions across Pakistan of creative and logical thinking.
