    In this role, Bilal was one of the pioneers in filing and levying seizure on counterfeited products with the UAE Ports & Free Zones Authority. Was responsible for all legal correspondence with clients’ intellectual property right queries, drafted and negotiated trademark and technology license agreements and handled all intellectual property disputes including litigation counterfeit actions, appeals and oppositions. Bilal is an expert in negotiating and drafting patent & copyright licenses, joint-development agreements, litigation support and other transactional IP matters.
