    The primary objective of this was to learn how to work in every area of the kitchen. In order to accomplish this, i had to rotate throughout the kitchen, spending a certain time at one kitchen station before moving on to a different one. At each kitchen station i had the opportunity to learn from a different senior chef who was is in charge of that area. The job was to assist with the preparation of meals and snacks for guests within guidelines laid down by the management.
