As a Senior Customer Success Manager, I am responsible for managing the sales and service relationship for 60 + mid-market customers for Axis Group. My role is to ensure success along the customer’s data and analytics journey by connecting them to our offerings including managed services and pipeline observability, software sales, BI migrations, business process improvement engagements, data management initiatives, and analytics solutions. My goal is to enable my clients to draw insights from their data that will improve their businesses. I have spent the past 7 years partnering with my clients to help them find the right tools and services to modernize, consolidate and optimize their analytics platforms. As the data and analytics landscape rapidly changes, I look forward to continuing on this journey with my clients and tackling the challenges that lie ahead.

In this position, I direct the interaction between our sales division, our developers and our clients to ensure the successful implementation of our data and analytics solutions. The emphasis of our solutions is on delivering business value through easy access to better information. My focus will be to provide oversight to all inputs and deliverables in the delivery process of solutions. These solutions include managed services for BI platforms as well as data and analytics initiatives. In this role, I completed a gap analysis and successful SOC2 type II audit for Axis Group. In addition, I serve as the HIPAA privacy compliance officer and in this role, completed a HIPAA gap analysis and wrote the HIPAA privacy and security policy for Axis Core Services to ensure that this team was fully compliant.Axis Group partners with several BI vendors to provide innovative business solutions utilizing QlikView, Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, Power BI, Thoughtspot and other data and analytics products. We have a strong focus on solving data access and visibility challenges to help businesses become data literate. We leverage BI tools to deliver powerful new visualizations and analytic reporting capabilities that can provide tremendous value to the business.Finally in this role, I served as our software customer advocate, managing over $10,000,000 in annual software revenue and ensuring that our customers received the service and support required to be successful.
