    My business called Simple Wisdom Energy Healing honors the intelligence rooted in indigenous healing practices and includes three core offerings:1. Mind-Body Medicine – Based on the model developed by James, Gordon, M.D., founder of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine (www.cmbm.org), we meet in small groups to explore scientifically validated self-care techniques for improved health and wellbeing.2. Mindful Outdoor Experiences – Taking to the outdoors, we use present-moment awareness, deep breathing, and conscious movement to awaken the senses and receive the many healing properties of nature.3. Reiki Energy Healing – This ancient Japanese healing art helps improve the flow of energy in and around the body to relieve pain, enhance mental clarity, balance emotions, and facilitate personal and spiritual growth.My intention is to use these modalities to awaken the inner wisdom that resides within each of us, raise vibrational energy, shine light in dark places, and amplify love into the world.
