    Worked with Maine Farmland Trust (a Conservation Land Trust) to create their for-profit start-up real estate subsidiary, Maine Farms Realty. A consultant from October 2010 to October 2011 then became the Designated Broker for Maine Farms Realty from its inception to February of 2014. As MFT's Broker I provided Agency services assisting in their Buy, Protect, Sell program from acquistion to resale. Maine Farmland Trust is almost halfway to its goal of protecting 100,000 acres of agricultural lands in the State of Maine within the next five years. To date they have preserved over 40,000 acres. By providing farmland to new incoming farmers,and expanding farmlands for existing farmers, MFT will help to secure farming as a vital contributor to Maine's economy and toward preserving its rural life.
