    As Lead Designer I worked on the overall conceptualization and design of a media project. Projects may include a business portfolio, web site, banners, promotional material, video, or other type of multimedia product.A person taking on the role of Lead Designer assumes a high level of responsibility. He or she is the creative driving force behind the conceptualization of a product.It was my task of the designer to take a basic idea and develop it into a planning document that details every step required in the production process.As the Lead Designer, working with the production director, I sometimes took on the role of project manager and assumed responsibility for guiding the production team through the design and development process. This includes assigning tasks that include artwork and programmingThe conceptual/lead designer is responsible for ensuring that the product a studio produces meets the client's requirements.
