Coordinated three programs: Cross-border Peace and Sports Program (Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan); Sports for Development Program (Kenya Sports for Development Partnership - KSDP) and Exchange Program in Kenya.Designed, implemented and evaluated phase II project KSDP funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2012 – 2015) targeting children and youth. Designed, implemented and evaluated a civic education project on the current constitution funded by the Kenya Ministry of Justice, Constitutional Affairs and National Cohesion.Successfully managed the growth of a sports for development partnership from 15 to 25 members and coordinated its activities creating a multi-stakeholder process involving the civil society, private sector and the government.Successfully spearheaded an advocacy campaign for changes in the National Sports Bill 2010 to incorporate the use of sport for peace and development and allow representation of civil society organisations dealing with sports. Helped introduce an exchange learning program in the organisation between Kenyan and Dutch students.Represented the organization in national and international meetings, conferences and trainings on peace and development. Facilitated training and meetings and conducted monitoring and evaluation as well as report writing.Helped establish a resource centre for the organisation from June - December 2010 and a social enterprise in Siaya as a manager. .
