    As a Project Manager, I manage and lead sub-teams for Walgreens' Workforce Management projects, programs (i.e. Kronos System) and pilot locations (P.O.C.). There are a number of projects that impact multiple functions in assigned division and typically have moderate impact in additional divisions and the corporation. In addition, I prepare and present standard & Ad Hoc management reports/presentations for assigned projects to both Operating and Steering Committees. I also update project status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues and activities.
