    My job is split into two separate components. Customer Success, and Office Management. Customer Success involves helping customers through any problems with the product, communicating with the team, and trying to make the product the best thing for our customers, and resolving any problems. Office Management involves making sure that the office runs smoothly. At Influitive we do a lot for our employees, we cater lunch three times a week, have a supply of office games, have a variety of snacks for throughout the day, and much more. It is the office Management side that allows all of this to happen effectively, and efficiently.
