    I began my employment at Amtrust in 2007 but transferred to affiliated Maiden Holdings within months when Amtrust's controlling shareholders asked me to help found Maiden Holdings. I played a key role in growing Maiden, a Bermuda-based property and casualty reinsurer, from the ground up. I drove all Maiden operations, including legal, finance and accounting, underwriting, human resources, and investor relations; I also assembled an effective management team and helped with business development. I successfully managed PWC and BDO audits both prior to and after taking the company public. I advised AmTrust and Maiden on US securities law and insurance issues and served as a Director of All Insurance Management, Ltd., AmTrust's asset management subsidiary.
