This was essential as it set the course for the overall provision of the solution during the implementation stage.• Successful delivery of Testing Phase i.e. User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for core modules (Census Operations and Census Processing) of the overall Census Solutions. The Testing Phase was accepted by the Statistics Department in time for the Trial period (July – Dec 2019).• Successful Go-Live of the Trial Census, which were executed in various states nationwide with near real-time monitoring and support from Strand’s project and development team.Project:UMW IT Services: Delivery of Integrated State of the Art Manufacturing System Suite for UMW Aerospace Malaysia.Key Accomplishments• Led teams across a broad technical and business disciplines.     Project:Mechanical Audio R&D Department JVC Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a Japan based consumer electronics manufacturing company. The company offers camcorders, audio products, and video cassette recorders. JVC Manufacturing Malaysia manufacturing plant serves customers throughout Malaysia and internationally with its assembly plant based in Shah Alam. This kick-started my career and one of the main roles was to provide design solutions and innovations through technical knowledge and supplier communication to develop new products.Responsibilities include:As a Design Engineer, I provided support towards the Audio Department, with responsibilities and achievements that encompass:• Designing and developing compact component audio systems with modern sophisticated features which include iPhone docking (NX-TC 7 and NX-TC 40), rotatable iPod and iPod Touch docking compact speakers (XS-SR 3 and XS-SR 4) and high-end iPhone 4 user friendly audio player (Woodcone EX-U).• Developing a strong understanding of the manufacturing process and design is executed with the constant inclination of improving assembly, aesthetic and ergonomic aspects.• Conducting test procedures on newly developed audio products in order to maintain the level of quality in the products.• Incorporating solutions in overcoming manufacturing defects and in-house productions predicaments.• Exercising constant communication and gained comprehensive knowledge and experience in communication when interfacing with suppliers in order to achieve targeted standards set by the organization.
