Intertrust Group was acquired by CSC.Manage the relationship between the Americas offices - Cayman, US, Curacao, Bahamas, BVI and Brazil. Leading the HR Operations for the region and Administration through leading the Global Delivery Centre team (India based) relationship.As the PMO for the HR functions in the Americas. I ensure all operational elements flow smoothly and are completed on time, escalating as necessary to the Americas HR Director.Manage the payroll process for the Cayman and US offices.Responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting for the HR team to the Cayman board, Risk and Compliance internally and external regulatory bodies.First point of contact on HRIS matters for the HR functions in the Americas.Lead and manage the annual processes including performance management, budgets and third-party vendors.Create and lead the development of new processes, as well as communicating any changes to staff at all levels of the business.Oversee changes to HR policies based on regulation changes and other necessary changes.Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including staff, regulatory bodies, attorneys, and other offices in the region and globally.
