I achieved many sales, recruiting and development awards with incentives that included luxury travel to Rome, Monte Carlo, Chicago, Dubai, Venice and Croatia.I created a Facebook Group for UK Consultants and team leaders to discuss topics of mutual interest. I left the administration of this group in January 2014 by which time the membership had grown to over 2,500. If I have a legacy at all with this company it would for helping achieve this support network. I am grateful to Doris Christopher the founder of The Pampered Chef and Warren Buffett our owner for the amazing experiences, friendships, support and opportunities which have been provided to me during my time with the company.

My biggest project whilst working with the Chief Executive was the organisation of the visit of Her Majesty the Queen to Hastings in 1997 during which she opened the Priory Meadow Shopping Centre. (I resigned from this post as I wished to take a career break to have my son Jonathan.)

      I was originally recruited by the BBC as Secretary to the Head of the Educational Broadcasting department. In 1990 the Head of the department was set the task of forming a small charitable trust company related to educational broadcasting within the BBC but financially independent of it. We were seconded from our BBC posts to help set this up and eventually run it. My main role was as PA to the Chief Executive and Company Secretary. Duties included all correspondence, reports, filing and liaison at Board Room level. I arranged meetings, conferences, hospitality and scheduled travel itineraries. I also acted as Office Manager overseeing the day-to-day administration of the office. On occasions I acted as Production Secretary working alongside various directors on broadcast and non-broadcast programmes. This work involved hiring crews, booking studio time and co-ordinating filming schedules. (I left this post when I married and returned to live in Hastings.)
