I generated new deals for a real estate development company that focuses on multi-family residential projects, including real-estate market analysis. I managed over 100 rental properties, as well as flipping houses and owner financing homes. I completed the rental and/or sale transactions from start to finish including advertising, accepting applications, conducting credit checks, verifying income and collecting deposits and rent. I was responsible for responding to emergency situations at rental properties and was on call 24 hours a day. I collected and processed rental payments and any applicable late fees. I managed maintenance and make ready crews, as well as established and maintained positive working relationships with our preferred vendors. I conducted exit and pre-rental walk throughs. I seldom had to post eviction notices, but I completed the entire legal process when it was necessary. My philosophy was that I took care of my tenants and their needs and in turn they took care of me by paying their rent on time.
