Looking after four brands in the local market –KSA- (David Beckham Perfumes, Kate Moss Perfumes, Kylie Minogue Perfumes and LANCASTER Suncare) in terms of Marketing campaign, new launches, sales (Sell-in and Sell-out), ordering new quantity after forecasting the market needs, review with accounts regarding all the expenses for each brand and close its Local Expense Report (LER) on a monthly basis, going out on a weekly basis (twice a week) for market visit to check on the visibility/exposure and the needs of each brand in all outlets and follow up closely with the outlet/showroom manager on the sales and market situation, going for monthly trips to the other regions (Eastern Region, Central Region and Southern Region) for the same follow ups, checking the price structure for each brand, follow up on the shortages in the local market and warehouse and re-order the needed quantity from the all four brands, checking and reviewing on all Performa invoices for the four brands, creating an item and statistic group for each new item and brand, make sure that all our warehouses in the local market have the needed quantity from each item/brand. After assuring the accurate achievement of all the above, and doing the necessary market studies I update and create a marketing calendar (that’s revisable) for all four brands, and this marketing calendar must have; at least two GWP operations two activities, and one event per month.
