    Worked with shipbuilders and major suppliers to ensure product quality, safety, value; oversaw and managed Shipbuilding Science and Technology planning, funding and project execution within the PEO and collaborated with colleagues from other Navy Commands and Military Services to plan and execute annual DoD/DoN R&D program. Personally managed many SBIR projects from Stage 1 to successful Stage 3/commercialization.
