Community Action Partners is a volunteer consulting organization of Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School alumni helping Boston-area nonprofits apply management skills to their business challenges. Since its founding in 1993, CAP has served over 350 nonprofits.Serve as leader and facilitator of CAP Brainstorm programs, providing organizations with the opportunity to partner with CAP consultants for fast-paced, focused problem-solving in a single session.Served as board liaison responsible for engagement coordination/execution and client relationship management. Past engagements include strategic planning, governance, marketing, communications strategy, business plan development and financial sustainability initiatives. Clients served include Next Step, YW Boston, Hebrew College, MSPCA-Angell, Caritas Communities, Compass Working Capital, the Boys and Girls Club of Boston, NEADS/Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans, RESPOND (New England's oldest domestic violence agency), PACT/USA (Partners in Health US initiative) and Open Circle (Wellesley Centers for Women at Wellesley College). Board member 2014- 2020, 2022- present.
