Sep 2002 - Present
****Did you know that training and education make the difference between poverty and a good lifestyle for most women?****Did you know that many successful women work in careers that are considered nontraditional but are financially rewarding and personally satisfying?****Did you know that women earn on average 77% of what men earn?Career & Mentor (CAMKit) Programs encourage middle school age young women to explore STEM-related, traditional, & nontraditional career paths. With creative & engaging methods and materials, experienced teachers encourage participants to discover their skills & interests. Within the context of a supportive team environment, the young women gain insight into how to map their skills and values with various careers. The young women learn about women from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds who are working in financially rewarding & personally satisfying careers. We've got a great program that young women need. I'd appreciate your help in bringing it to the attention of possible partners and sponsors.
