    Answer phone calls and emails from customers and sales people. Write up and in-put orders for the warehouse. In charge of completing Electronic Data exchange, such as Advance Ship Notices and Invoices. Help customers find the right items for what they need. Help salespeople while they travel, with current and past sales information on customers, as well as addresses, phone numbers and current staff information. I open all new accounts, get credit references and do quotes. I also do many end of week, end of month and end of year reports for individual customers, customer types, and companywide. For Trade Shows, I fill out and file all the contracts, order carpet, AV material, and furnishing needed, such as draped tables. Also book travel, flights, hotel rooms, conference rooms, catered lunches and dinners.

    I worked the evening shift, 6-12 midnight; when I arrived I helped customers as I refolded the fitting room clothes and re-folded, filled in and sized the tables and hang racks. After we closed there was stock to open, sensor the new items and get them on the floor. Often we had to move racks, re-do the hardware on the walls and change the mannequins to match the planograms from corporate.
