I have held various positions in the hospitality, non-profit and education industries. Co-chaired a capital campaign for a local organization raising over $1.1 million. Served as a working board member for a rowing organization with over 150 members and annual budget of $250,000. Instrumental in updating bylaws to align with mission statement and state requirements. Active member of committee (2013-2014) which ran the auction with annual proceeds of over $50,000. Held various culinary positions including Chef, Caterer and Culinary Instructor for Farm Kitchen, Inc. (2005-2015). Helped grow monthly breakfast business from 80 to over 500 average customers per event during the peak season. Streamlined menu and logistics to serve larger groups. Earned TESOL (Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Language) certificate in 2009. Currently teach weekly classes to local area au pairs.

I managed pre-sale and post-sale relationships with major clients in several industries (banking, catalog, newspaper and financial). Exceeded quota in 1995. Company eventually purchased by Experian.

I planned, developed and implemented third party programs for major distributors such as Oracle and IBM. Program elements included marketing, sales and training programs designed to make the client self-sufficient in the selling and support of Software One products. Project managed the development of a new interface To EXCHANGE. Project completed on time and under budget.

Information was then loaded into a database and various tools used to produce daily reports purchased by the states and interested clients based on their keyword interest. Managed information collection, summarization, entry and database administration tasks (Informix). Managed a staff of 5-8 people in peak entry hours.
