    Directed the everyday operations at the Alzheimer's facility with 21 units/ 32 residents. Implemented personalized care through communication with families, residents and doctors. Interacted directly with family members to answer questions and address medical/emotional concerns.Hired and trained Certified Nursing Assistants to properly support residents. Worked closely with the nursing department to insure proper care of residents. Developed Alzheimer's support program to assist families with transition into memory care. Increased occupancy of memory care from 75% to 100%, maintained for over 5 years Reduced family complaints and issues to 0% and improved company evaluations to 100%.
