Effectively coordinated communication and technical report preparation between four major multidisciplinary (civil, structural, hydraulic) engineering consulting firms and 14 Southeast Michigan communities.* Review Engineer: Evaluated commercial, industrial and residential sites for the City of Novi and Macomb Township. Reviews included evaluation of site specific grading, legal descriptions, easements, utilities, paving and structure elevations. Coordinated reviews and inspections with field inspectors, woodlands and wetlands consultants, city and township officials, landowners and developers for timely turnaround of permits.* Quality Management: Prepared and presented effective companywide training with the Board of Directors in a variety of quality management and improvement topics and ISO certification topics; served on Steering Committee to oversee implementation and execution of Strategic Planning Quality Management action items.
