    As a key member of the Alliance Management Team, I ensured the delivery of the $300 million capital works program from planning to delivery.• Led a multi-divisional/disciplinary project team in the capacity of ‘Chair of the Selection Panel’ and successfully managed various stages of alliance establishment process up to the signing of the alliance agreement in May 2007 to deliver this program. • Developed and maintained a strong working relationship between the alliance and Sydney Water and assisted the alliance management/leadership team in obtaining stakeholder alignment on key decisions affecting the scope of work.• Managed the extension of the term of the Alliance Agreement in 2010.
