    - Implementation of Technical requirements (special document where characteristics and conditions of procuring Goods, Work and Services are specified, after which it is attached to the future agreements as an appendix and has a legal validity) for operations required for the following:a) well testing after drilling which in turn includes the operations listed below:- geophysical operations (TCP/wireline perforation, tying of depth/verificatory logging, bridge plug set up for layer isolation (standard/slips explosive packer));- well (dynamic) testing (BU/DD test to identify reservoir characteristics as Pr, Pbh, S (skin factor), formation volume factor, well productivity index, reservoir boundary, etc. Downhole fluid sampling, surface fluid and gas sampling);- stimulation operations by acidising using multicomponent acid and hydrofracturing using propant agent; b) workover:- operations such as substitution of well completion BHA (broken pumps (e.g. sucker rod, etc), reperforation; deep perforation (fracturing via gas explosion);- tubing cleanup from paraffin wax accumulated inside by slickline paraffin cutter/scraper, by hot oiling operations and downhole electric heaters, steaming the X-mas tree, surface oil flowline using steam generators; c) Surface facility installation:- Surface facility procurement for well by well single surface facility installation (such as well head heaters (UN-0.2));Participation in evaluation of all bid (tender) participants to select a winner with the best characterization in terms of equipment availability, experience and other merits; contribution in agreements' examination to check term and conditions of technical part. Finally, participation and control of the work in the field.
