Two year rotational program in which I will be building my management skills in a wide range of departments. I have successfully completed a rotation in Table Games where I became a certified Blackjack and Carnival Games dealer. A rotation in Finance where I learned the ins and outs of the casino cage, a rotation in F&B where I managed in 3 restaurants within Live! Casino. This includes Sports & Social, our sports bar which has just welcomed Sports betting to one of its many amenities. A rotation in operations management in which I was responsible for the casino floor and the guest experience. I spent several weeks in the Call Center effectively answering calls from 2 states and 3 casino properties. I am currently in my Guest Services rotation which includes our Rewards Program and Slots. I will finish my program with a rotation in marketing and promotions.
