    À partir du 1er mars 2021, j'occupais le poste de Directeur des Systèmes d'Information au sein de la SDL Marafik Berkane, une société qui gérait plusieurs services publics délégués. Mes responsabilités étaient diverses et visaient à numériser et optimiser les services publics en utilisant les technologies récentes pour les 16 communes de la Province de Berkane. Suite à la scission de la SDL Marafik Berkane, la SDL Majal Berkane a été créée pour se concentrer sur la numérisation et l'intelligence territoriale. Cette transition a nécessité le transfert des projets, tant en termes de ressources humaines que matérielles, vers la nouvelle entité Majal Berkane.     Senior in Geomatics and Digital Transformation. From March 1, 2018, to February 26, 2021, I served as a Senior Project Manager for Geomatic (an exclusive distributor for Esri) in Morocco, where I focused on digital transformation, IS, GIS, and remote sensing.My core responsibilities included spearheading digital transformation through the use of artificial intelligence that was optimized by Geographic Information System (GIS) and Internet of Things (IoT). I was responsible for the implementation of the information system and supporting GIS projects that included integration of desktop and web applications.In addition to these tasks, I was also involved in the design and implementation of GIS databases, development of GIS dashboards and data interoperability. I provided consulting and conducted studies to support clients' needs and hosted various training and seminars, including Geomatics, Geoportal, Geomarketing, Geocoding, Addressing, and others.

    As a project manager, my core responsibilities included overseeing a wide range of IT and digitalization projects within the company. This included spearheading the implementation of CRM, HRM, VPN, project management systems, and other related tools to streamline business processes and optimize productivity.I was also heavily involved in digital transformation initiatives for territories, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to help transform the way we interact with the world around us. This included overseeing cartography projects, Geographic Information System (GIS), and Remote Sensing initiatives to help map out and visualize complex spatial data sets.Another critical aspect of my role involved modeling spatial changes and conducting spatio-temporal monitoring using Remote Sensing technologies. This helped us to better understand and track changes in the environment over time, allowing us to make more informed decisions about how to respond to them.Finally, I was also involved in web mapping and geoportal projects, helping to develop and design databases that are optimized for online GIS mapping. By leveraging the latest technologies and tools, we are able to create more accurate and detailed maps, providing valuable insights into the world around us.
