    On The Road House, Call Veterinary Services (OTRHVS) is a house call service. My experience with OTRHVS starts with the opportunity to work alongside the founder and veterinarian to understand the animal healthcare industry and services. I offer administrative services as an executive assistant by scheduling appointments, communicating with clients through phone calls and emails, and delivering information to the vet. For example, I assist in sending and formulating pre-invoices and invoice receipts for the clients and ordering supplies online. Furthermore, there are other administrative services that I offer such as printing and editing vaccine certificates, scanning euthanasia forms, etc. Overall, my experience as an executive assistant allow me to understand my personal strengths and weaknesses working in a health care industry and have learned which personal skills require further strengthening.
