    I was hired as a Senior State Advisor by the PAE/MSI to serve a dual responsibility as a State Governor advisor on Conflict Mitigation& Stabilization and to oversee role to the rest of my colleague advisors of the other 9 States. During my service time I was able to accomplish the following. 1. I was able to bridge communication gap created between the Program Manager and the Minister of Interior enable to break through the impasse that had hampered the start up of the project for over 3 months2. Led a 5-person state committee to establish the cause of the border conflict between Central and Western Equatoria States and to resolve by engaging the Western Equatoria committee.3. Conducted a series of Conflict Mitigation and Stabilization Initiative plan dissemination exercises. Developed training program on;a. Good Governance, b. Dissemination of 3 key and relevant acts (Local Government Act, Land Act and Council of Traditional Authorities Leaders Act) andc. On conflict management to a total of 256 Chiefs comprising of Paramount Chiefs, Head Chiefs and Executive Chiefs of Central Equatoria State to build their leadership skills and capacity to manage conflicts.
