    Al Khan Foodstuff LLC has been on the forefront of the frozen foods business since itsinception forty (40) years ago. It was a wonderful opportunity to grow with them foreclose to12 years that I worked for them. For them, I managed the portfolios for prestigious brands suchas Lambweston, Sadia, Aviko and Al Areesh to name a few. Apart from these, I also handledvarious Indian and Australian commodity based meat brands. Also present in my managementportfolio were Al Khan's locally produced and well-­­received brands – Al Khan Butter andMuscat Margarine. Within the frozen business, I had the privilege of handling few commodity-­­based brandsthrough direct interaction and negotiation with the traders (mainly Exports and JBS, the majorplayers for leg quarters). For the entire portfolio, I managed various aspects ranging from procurement to BTL activities.Moreover, I handled the budget allocation for all major retail chains in Oman based on theprinciple's marketing plan. Along with my team, I was also managing a large group of hotels-­­ Al Bustan Group of Hotels,Crowne Plaza Oman, Hilton Salalah, Grand Hyatt and The Chedi to name a few. I also handled tender businesses with the major food and catering names in Oman such asSODEXO -­­ SOCAT, Ministry of Defence, Oman Aviation, WACASCO, Tawoos and Trading andCatering, Oman. My work has required me to travel extensively and gain experience and knowledge that hasbeen enriching. I have travelled frequently to countries such as Dubai, Germany, Brazil andFrance to fulfil professional commitments.
