As a payments processor i take control of the allocation of payments for customers, running reports for direct debits, refunds and carrying out reconciliation of accounts. I have now developed into a more senior role and take charge of the team and processes. I also work along side account mangers to assist with their queries, meet our customers face to face to rectify and resolve any escalated queries. I have also worked alongside our systems teams to resolve issues we face as a team directly regarding the system and processes, i ensure we implement a work around till a resolution is found. I have now taken on more responsibilities of running and manually processing ARRUDS ADDACS AUDDIS reports daily along side the use of the EPG System. Whilst being up skilled on the many tasks we do i have been through a few migrations of systems from using SAP to RAPID and now the latest migration to VELOCITY.
