    I have worked on research and development, product development and quality assurance processes. Our researching team carried out new functional applications on blind fabrics (transparent, blackout, dim out etc.), and also the laboratory researches for the development of new products with coating methods. I have 3 years experience on coating and polymers. Two projects which were prepared by me were accepted by TUBİTAK and KOSGEB. I was the co-coordinator for the projects (technical lab trials, technical reports of the projects, preparing the expense documents of the projects with accountant). On the other hand I was responsible for preparing application forms and making applications to get governmental incentives. I returned to the company at least half of the expenses for customer visits, certification fees etc. Finally I have involved in quality control and assurance certification application(ISO 9001:2015). I have prepared forms, procurements, lists for the company operations with the company consultant.

    •I was in the organization team of International R&D Brokerage Event in Textile and Apparel Sector which has been organized by BUTEKOM for 3 years. I took part in the evaluation of the project proposals, web site designing, B2B matching between the academicians and companies, accommodation and the transportation organizations of the academicians.•I gave seminars to companies and instutions about Industrial Technical Textiles and written 2 technical fair evaluation reports about the Industrial Technical Textiles.• I worked on Textiles-Technical Textiles Excellence Center and Composites Excellence Center Projects (Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA) funded) for writing the project, feasibility study, testing and pilot production machineries. In scope of the projects, I have corporated with the academicians from different universites and the funding agency experts. • I gained experience on Needs Assessment and Analysis, I have worked on BURTEX Bursa Textile Cluster Production - Development Project Needs Assessment and Analysis, the project carried out by the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (supported by the Ministry of Commerce).• I carried out research projects efficiently in technical textiles, life cycle analysis, sustainability and optimization of the processes. Also I had chance to work with the experts from the AITEX R&D Center from Spain.• My tenure with the company, I leaded the department of Textiles and Technical Textiles R&D Team. Under my leadership the team experienced on the writing and carrying out the technical textiles projects for BUTEKOM and also other textile companies and needs analysis. Our two projects applications about the technical textiles were accepted by the funding institute (TUBİTAK).

    I worked in the "Best Available Technics in Textile Sector" Project which was funded by KOSGEB. * Our team worked with 6 different companies for analysis of the wet processes' life cycle assesment and we optimized the wet processes with the supervisors. * In view of outstanding eco design and sustainability project, our team was honoured as “National Winner” at European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA) in 2014.
