    In 2011, I co-founded Be Global LLP, in collaboration with egitimAL Turkey in Kazakhstan. Our company specializes in connecting students from Central Asia to study abroad opportunities in language training, high school and higher education degree programs. Be Global officially represents over 150 different schools and universities from the UK, USA, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Malta, Turkey and Canada. I successfully launched and supervised the opening of Be Global LLP. With my partner, I developed strategic marketing plans and independently managed all office operations, including the hiring and training staff, and company finances. I worked effectively with government authorities, and developed partnership agreements with foreign schools/universities. Selected accomplishments include:• Developed relationships with in-country partners including universities, schools, and government programs and sent over 120 Kazakhstani students abroad in the first year of operation. • Diversified portfolio of partners according to market needs by signing more than 30 new partnership agreements during first 2 years.• Generated and executed idea of producing Be Global magazine and website to give Be Global and its partners an independent recruitment platform to promote in schools, universities, and businesses.
