Lead and responsible for crop protection products development of insecticide, fungicide, herbicide and nematicide thru several trial stages of testing in key crops. Lead crop nutrition products (micro nutrient and organic fertilizers) testing/trial. Coordinate bio-solution products (bio pesticides & bio-stimulant) and seed treatment (synthetic and bio products) testing across ASEAN countries. Ensured R&D team upload data to system (FP/FTMS) appropriately and lead product data review to provide technical recommendation and GAP’s of products to transfer to marketing team for products placement and positioning. Manage R&D site/station across ASEAN in Karawang (Indonesia), Suphanburi (Thailand), and Calauan (Philippines) with key R&D project establishment. Continued FMC learning center program as a media for internal and external customer learning as well as product & technology transfer media. As a member of APAC drone working team. Collaborating with third party company, key scientists, CRO across ASEAN for product and technology development. Manage research/development budget, forecast & expenses and develop OPEX & CAPEX plan as well as long range plan (LRP) & research equipment.

Involved with global regulatory team for product defense in Rotterdam convention and successfully to secure product not listed in PIC in 2017 and 2019.
