Finance Department supervision. A team of 35 based in Head Office and branches. The key functionalities of the department included financial reporting and analysis, supply chain management (inventory and procurement), ERP administration, internal audit, branch reporting, accounts payable, and general accounting functions. Develop succession planning within the department and conducted training needs analysis for staff capacity building (More than 25% of the staff have progressed in their roles within the Department) Lead group deliverables and transformation programs – system upgrade, business process change management, restructure Ensure a positive and balanced work environment to motivate staff to achieve and maintain high performance Participate in the Finance Board Sub Committee in the capacity of CFO and present on the capital expenditure dashboard, proposal, and three-year plan. Presentation of the annual budget to the Board of Directors Adequate assessment and mitigation of risk. Overall responsible for the Business Risk Register
