As a Team Leader at Community Law Canterbury (CLC), I am responsible for the organization of my team of volunteer caseworkers to assist CLC with their drop in legal advice clinics. As team leader it is my responsibility to ensure I have enough volunteers for each shift, ensure they feel safe and be available for any questions or concerns. I also have to be present in order to deal with any difficult clients we may encounter at these drop-in clinics. As a long-term caseworker myself, I was and continue to be very honored to act as a team leader for such an important service.
