-Ensure check in/out are completed within Brand Standards-Remedy all guest complaints and situations-Maintain guest relations by being aware of all functions and being able to respond with timely and accurate answers.-Maintain relations with all departments such as bell, banquets, engineering, housekeeping, etc.-Interview, hire, and train new employees.-Create and cost out weekly schedule for front desk and bell within budgeted CPOR.-Complete payroll functions and reports.-Post walk-in rates daily and pursue perfect sells in the hotel and condos.-Review all site tours, resumes, arrivals, and daily departures.-Block rooms accordingly and backfill inventory.-Ensure all banks are at proper amounts and are signed in/out each shift.-Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are accurately completed.-Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly employee shift meetings.-Ensure training is completed within Brand Standards requirements.

-Ensure standard of the day are posted and adhered to.-Ensure that the Guest request log, welcome log, and complain log are completed and followed up. -Look at inventory and shift inventory if necessary.
