    When I first started at Mountain Fresh, my position was purely based on accounting and administration. In other words, I was "the office." Payables, receivables, cash management, reconciliations, monthly reporting, human resources and payroll all fell under my duties. I had the great privilege of being part of a rapidly expanding business model, and as the business grew, so did my role in the company. An organic relationship between billing and the catering operation resulting in the birth of my role as catering coordinator. Primarily, this involved my being the link between customer and the chefs and bakers I worked with. I worked with customers to organize menus, conduct tastings, and answer the variety of questions that arise when putting together an event. I also insured that the contract was paid on time, communicated a plan with the kitchen, and worked with outside vendors to ensure setups and timing.
