    Organizational Development - Many healthcare systems have multiple electronic medical record systems. Many of those do not talk to one another. I helped develop and expand a software company which has developed an application which quickly identifies the same patient across multiple systems. This helps to improve patient care, reduce risk, and, improve billing and collections.I am currently helping several physicians set up Concierge and Direct Pay Practices. Patients love this approach! Doctors love this approach. I am also working to coordinate these independent doctors into a local primary healthcare delivery system to contract directly with large employers.I am also working with a young company to evolve into a nation-wide Social Media Management company. This service posts informative pictures, promotions, stories and comments on the social media pages of client businesses. This increased exposure helps clients win new customers!My involvement is to establish the correct staffing levels, work functions, distribution and processes to respond to demands of a quickly growing organization. I am also establishing all administrative functions and processes (human resource management, accounting, billing, collections, and marketing.I have recently started working with a start-up data analysis company poised to help clients identify and reduce MEDICAL FRAUD. My involvement is focused on creating the entire organization to support the growth of this new company. I am also assisting by providing creative input regarding healthcare applications.
