    From Silence to Silicon is an initiative aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in innovation environments and advancing the careers of Black entrepreneurs. In April 2024, we launched our first product: an immersive trip to Silicon Valley, California, USA, for 10 Black entrepreneurs.My role included the complete development of the product, support for the selected participants, logistical management, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising, using agile tools (Trello, Notion, Slack).
